We chose Palmetto Creek because both my wife and I fell in love with the location, the clubhouse, amenities, pool and workout building. The people in our complex are outstanding. They all provide help to the entire complex because they enjoy good friendship. We enjoy the easy living, friendly atmosphere, clean neighborhoods, excellent accommodations and safety. It’s just a great place to live.

We chose Palmetto Creek because of its beauty, calmness and proximity to Wilmington, NC shopping. The one thing that impressed us more than anything else was the fact that the amenities were already in place.

Love the Palmetto Creek Team

When we first visited Palmetto Creek, the amenities and layout of each village within the community were the first thing we noticed. The one single thing that impressed us more than anything else was the professionalism of the realty staff and office staff. We have told our friends that they must “Come on Down!” and take a look at a great place to retire to and be a part of a great community.

Love the Friendly Neighbors

We were looking for a “community” atmosphere with friendly and warm neighbors and we found it at Palmetto Creek. The first thing we noticed were the grounds and general layout of the brick homes and we were most impressed with how friendly everyone was that we met. When we moved in, we sent pictures of our empty home to ALL of our friends and gloated!

Love the Community

We are writing to say how delighted we are with our new home at Palmetto Creek. Coming from the UK it was big decision where to buy the home and we are very pleased that we got it right.

The location is excellent as it is a short ride to the beach or to the lovely old town of Southport. And it is only a little longer to get to the city of Wilmington where we enjoy shopping and then lunch over-looking the Cape Fear River.

But the principal factor in buying at Palmetto Creek was the community itself. We did review several other developments but Palmetto Creek has the best balance of all the requirements. The clubhouse, pool, roads & landscaping are all installed and well maintained. The housing stock is all high quality and we have not had a single problem with our new home.

Best of all is the community spirit at Palmetto Creek. There was no way of judging this until we moved in, but the welcome has been more than we could have hoped for. We have made some really good friends here and always look forward to the social gatherings. The atmosphere is relaxed and everyone is accepted, no matter where they have arrived from. But if you’re not a “party animal” and just want a quiet life, everyone respects that also.

One other important factor that drew us to Palmetto Creek was the attitude of the sales staff and in particular, you Patrick. You provide all the information that we requested in a prompt and honest way and that gave us a lot of confidence. We have found that this attitude has continued after we closed the deal and we can still get all the help we need from the sales office.

Love the Amenities and Location

I moved to Palmetto Creek in August 2008 and have no regrets. I love the amenities of our club house with the Friday night KISS get together, our beautiful swimming pool, gym and the walking paths.

Enjoys “Bike” Rides

I love to take a nice bike ride from Palmetto Creek to Ocean Isle Beach. It’s an easy motorcyle ride along the back roads of coastal Brunswick County and a great way to unwind & take in the sights.

Love the Amenities

Our family has always enjoyed being by the ocean and walking the beaches. This area offers us the warmer climate, and a beautiful community at a reasonable price. There are so many things to do nearby or a day trip away. Wilmington, Southport, Charleston, Myrtle Beach, and The Outer Banks to name a few.

We chose Palmetto Creek because it has all the elements we were looking for. Unlike a lot of other communities, all the amenities (i.e. pool, clubhouse, fitness center) are already in place. The landscaping is beautiful, it gives you a wonderful feeling driving or walking through the community. It is like living at a resort. The homes are built with quality, the sales team are friendly, and not pushy. Add to that the friendliness of our neighbors and you can see why we really enjoy living at Palmetto Creek.
